By using behavior change procedures and teaching replacement skills in a learner's home environment, learners have the ability to become more independent with using these replacement skills
Working with learners in their home also provides the opportunity to incorporate and work with family members, caregivers, close relatives, or any other treatment team members, so that everyone in the learners life is able to implement treatment procedures fluently
By using behavior change procedures and teaching replacement skills while in the community, learners have the ability to learn the value of independence while integrating into the community, and increase the learners quality of life by involving them in socially rewarding and enjoyable experiences.

Board Certified Behavior Analyst's will complete initial assessments including Functional Behavior Assessment and Behavior Intervention Planning- Challenging behaviors and replacement skills will be identified during this time
Registered Behavior Technicians provide ongoing treatment after the initial assessment has been completed by the BCBA. RBT's will implement replacement skill programs, and behavior change procedures in the presence of challenging behavior
Behavior Technicians- All unlicensed staff will receive ongoing training and guidance from a currently practicing Board Certified Behavior Analyst.
